Terms of Use
Tidona is in beta. It's free to try and provided as it is. Its stylist gives clothing and style suggestions, written by AI, which can be wrong. Please use it for getting dressed, not for anything else.
1. These terms
These terms are between you and Gal Azuri ("we", "us"). They cover the Tidona app and the stylist service behind it. By using Tidona you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you're testing through TestFlight, Apple's TestFlight terms apply too.
2. A beta
Tidona is unfinished. Features may change, break, or go away. The service may be unavailable at times, and the beta may end. We'll try to give notice before it ends. Your wardrobe is saved on your device, so use Back up wardrobe in Settings if you want a copy of your own.
3. Styling suggestions only
The stylist's answers are generated by AI (Anthropic's Claude) from what you tell it and what's in your wardrobe. They are suggestions about clothes and style, nothing more. They may be mistaken. The stylist might misread a photo, misjudge the weather, or suggest something that doesn't suit the occasion, a dress code, or you. Use your own judgement. Tidona gives no medical, safety, legal, financial or other professional advice. Weather is a forecast from a third party and can be wrong. Check conditions yourself when it matters.
4. Your account
You need an account (Sign in with Apple, or an emailed code) to use the stylist. Keep access to your Apple ID or email secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings → Account.
During the beta, Tidona is by invitation: the stylist works once your account has been let in with an invite code. A code lets a set number of accounts in. Please share yours only with the people it was meant for, and don't publish it.
5. Free answers and limits
During the beta, answers aren’t counted: the app says “Unlimited answers while you’re testing”, with a ceiling of 60 messages to the stylist a day for each account. After the beta, each account and device will get a set number of free answers. The service also has hourly and daily limits that apply to everyone. When a limit is reached, the stylist pauses until it resets. We may change these limits. Identifying pieces from your photos doesn’t count against your answers.
6. Acceptable use
The stylist is for your clothes and getting dressed: outfits, your wardrobe, fit, fabric and care, shoes, accessories, shopping for these, and packing for a trip. It declines anything else. Please don't:
- use it for things it isn't for, like code, homework, essays and other writing, translation, or general questions wrapped in fashion words;
- try to get around its rules, limits or free-answer count. That includes trying to make it ignore its instructions, reveal them, or play another role, and making extra accounts or devices to get more answers;
- send content that is illegal, sexual, hateful or harassing, or that you don't have the right to share. That includes photos of other people without their permission;
- overload, probe, scrape, reverse-engineer or attack the service, or use it through automated tools; or
- resell the service, or use its answers to build a competing product.
We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules or puts the service at risk.
7. Your content
Your photos, wardrobe and messages stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. That includes sending them to our AI provider to write your answers. You confirm you have the right to share what you send.
8. Feedback
Thank you for testing! If you send us feedback, ratings or suggestions, we may use them to improve Tidona. We owe you nothing for them.
9. No warranty
Tidona is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the extent the law allows.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits, from your use of Tidona. Our total liability for any claim about the beta is limited to the amount you paid us for it. During the free beta, that's zero. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
11. Changes and ending
We may update these terms as Tidona develops. We'll change the date above, and tell you in the app before changes that matter. You can stop using Tidona and delete your account at any time. Sections 7 to 10 continue after you stop.
