Privacy Policy
- Your clothes, photos and chats are saved on your device, not on our servers.
- When you ask the stylist something, the app sends what it needs to answer: your message, the recent conversation, your wardrobe's details and small photos of your pieces. Our server passes them to Anthropic's Claude to write the answer. It does not keep them afterwards.
- Anthropic does not train its models on what is sent through its API.
- We keep your account's email address, the invite code you joined with, your plan, and a count of the answers you've used and what they cost. We also keep any feedback you send us.
- There are no ads, no tracking and no analytics. We don't sell or share your data.
- You can delete your account in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account.
Who we are
Tidona is run by Gal Azuri ("we", "us"). Questions about this policy, or requests about your data: gal6666@gmail.com.
The app was called StyleMe until 26 October 2026. It is the same app, run by the same person, and this policy covers it under both names.
What stays on your device
Your wardrobe is saved in the app's own storage on your iPhone or iPad. That includes each piece's details, its photos and cut-outs, your style profile, your collections, and your conversations with the stylist. Tidona does not sync it to iCloud or to our servers. Your device's own backups include it, the same as any app's data, if you've turned them on. Back up wardrobe in Settings saves a copy only where you choose to put it.
Deleting the app deletes this data. Deleting your account does not: your wardrobe stays on the device until you remove it or the app.
The sample wardrobe (Settings → More → Explore sample wardrobe) sends nothing to us.
What the app sends when you use the stylist
The stylist works only after you agree to share with the AI. You can turn it off at any time under Settings → Privacy & data → Use the AI stylist. With it off, the stylist doesn't answer, and nothing in this section is sent. Everything else in the app keeps working on the device.
Each request goes over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to Tidona's server. Depending on what you ask, it can include:
- Your message and the recent turns of that conversation, including earlier answers. A message you speak by holding the mic is turned into text on your iPhone; no audio is recorded, kept or sent, only the words you choose to send.
- Your wardrobe's details. These are the name, category, colour, brand, pattern, fit, material and size of each piece, and the notes you wrote. They also include the stylist's earlier description of each piece, plus which pieces are in a collection or chosen for a look.
- Small photos of your pieces. These are cut-outs about 400 pixels across, up to 90 per request, of which the stylist is shown up to 60, so it can see what it's styling.
- A photo you add. This might be an outfit for feedback or a new piece to identify. It's resized to at most about 1,600 pixels, and its location and camera metadata are removed first.
- A store page you link. When you add a piece from a link or ask about one, your phone opens the page itself, as your browser would, and sends its address, title and text, never its pictures. Tidona's server never visits the page. The store's photo of the piece is downloaded by your phone, straight from the store, and kept with your wardrobe on the device. When you import your orders, you sign in to the store on its own site inside the app; that sign-in stays on your phone, in the app, and never reaches us. Signing out of Tidona or deleting your account removes it.
- Your style profile and the looks you liked or picked, and which looks your other chats recently led with, so you aren't shown the same outfit twice.
- The day you're dressing for, if you turned on weather. That means the date, your city, and the forecast (high, low, sky and chance of rain). Your exact location is never sent to us.
- A trip's destination and dates, when you ask for packing help.
- Your account's session, which proves the request is yours, and a random identifier for the app on this device. Both are used to count your free answers when answers are counted (the beta counts none).
Who processes it
| Service | What it does | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Tidona's server (Hetzner, Germany) |
Checks who's asking and enforces limits. Sends the request to Claude and returns the answer. | The request above. It keeps no log of requests, conversations or photos. When a request is refused or fails, it notes only the time, the kind of request and the error, never who sent it or what it said. It keeps nothing from a request after the answer except the usage counts described below. |
| Anthropic (Claude) | Writes the stylist's answer, and identifies pieces in photos. | The request above, from our server, not linked to your email. Anthropic does not use data sent through its API to train its models. It keeps that data for a limited time under its own privacy policy. |
| Supabase | Your account: signing in, your plan and your usage. | Your email address, or Apple's private relay address if you chose Hide My Email. Also your account ID, sign-in times, the invite code you joined with, your plan, and the usage records below. |
| Resend | Sends the sign-in code when you sign in with email. | Your email address and the code. |
| Open-Meteo | The weather forecast. | For Today's weather, the app asks Open-Meteo directly from your device, sending your position rounded to about 1 km. Your city's name comes from Apple's maps service on your device. For a trip or another day, our server asks Open-Meteo by place name only, with nothing about you. |
| Apple | Sign in with Apple, TestFlight, and location services on your device. | Whatever Apple's own terms cover. If you send TestFlight feedback, Apple shares your screenshot, comment, device model and crash details with us. |
What we keep
- Your account: your email address, account ID and plan (free or Plus). These are kept until you delete your account.
- Usage records: one row for each AI request. It holds your account ID, the device identifier, the kind of request, the model, the number of tokens, what it cost, how long it took, and whether it counted as one of your answers. It never holds your messages, wardrobe or photos. We use these rows to count free answers, keep the service within budget, and fix problems. When you delete your account they're detached from it and kept only with your phone's random app ID, so the free answers can't be restarted by signing up again.
- Daily totals: the server counts all requests per hour and per day to cap its spending. These counts aren't tied to anyone.
- Feedback you send: a thumbs up or down, a look you picked, tags and notes. Each comes with the question and the answer it's about, the names of the pieces in those looks, your app build, and the name in your profile if you added one. Rating an answer or picking a look sends this automatically. A note is sent when you use Send feedback. Feedback isn't linked to your account ID. We read it to improve the stylist and keep it for as long as the beta runs. Email us to delete yours.
We don't keep your conversations, your wardrobe, or your photos on our servers.
What we don't do
- No advertising, no tracking across apps or websites, and no analytics or crash-reporting tools in the app.
- We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
- We don't use precise location. Weather uses your city and a position rounded to about 1 km. You can turn weather off in Settings.
Deleting your account and your data
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This deletes your account from Supabase, along with your plan. Your usage records are detached from the account: they keep only your phone's random app ID, the counts and the cost, never your email, messages or wardrobe. To remove your wardrobe, photos and chats, delete them in the app or delete the app. To have feedback you sent deleted, or for any other request about your data, write to gal6666@gmail.com. If you signed in with Apple, you can also stop using Sign in with Apple for Tidona in your Apple Account settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you. You may also have the right to object to how we use it, and to complain to your data protection authority. Write to us and we'll answer within 30 days. We use your data to provide the service you asked for (the stylist and your account), and to keep it working and within budget.
Where data is processed
Tidona's server is in Germany. Anthropic and some of the other providers above may process data in the United States or elsewhere, under their own safeguards for international transfers.
Children
Tidona isn't meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us data, write to us and we'll delete it.
Security
Everything between the app and our server travels over HTTPS. Your sign-in session is kept in your device's Keychain. The server keeps its keys out of the app and refuses requests that aren’t signed in. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we hold to the minimum above.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. We'll tell you in the app or by email before a change that matters takes effect.
